However, these warmers are carefully chosen to last the duration of the in-transit window. If your package is delivered and left unattended in freezing temperatures, the paint will freeze and be ruined.

Please carefully watch your tracking and retrieve your packages ASAP upon delivery.

We are not responsible for damages from packages left unattended.

If you have a freeze damage, please contact us within 6 hours of shipment delivery.
