Customer Service & policies

  • Customer service is executed via email. Please contact us at sales@melangepaints.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for response. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 10-5pm CST. We do not monitor email, social media platforms, or social media inboxes after hours.

• Please allow 1-3 days for order fulfillment. Once your order ships, please expect 2-4 days ship time. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. Please contact the carrier in these instances. We are not responsible for packages shipped to addresses incorrectly entered at checkout. If you ship to an incorrect address, the package will likely be returned to us and we will resend it to you, upon payment of new shipping charge.


• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. We do not ship large orders to PO Boxes.

  • We do not ship outside the US.


• All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.


• For shipping damages, email sales@melangepaints.com. Please note, we do not replace cans or jars with dents, dings, scuffs or leaks less than 1 oz. as these damages are superficial/minor and do not warrant replacement. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
